India is a large and diversified country with more than 50% of the population below 25. To capitalize on its demographic dividend, and chart a path toward inclusive growth, there is a need for skilling, up-skilling, and re-skilling of its rising youth population.

Shrushti understood the need and since its inception provided skill development training and placement to unemployed youth to make them self-reliant.

Since inception SHRUSHTI has conducted 3442 days training on skill development programs in 18 different trade like, GST +tally, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Two wheeler repairing, mobile repairing, stone carving, Leather products, tailoring, hozary& embroidery, computers, spray painting, cycle repairing, Kathputli Making, etc in 7 districts of Rajasthan. 

These training have not only empowered the youths but have empowered the entire family and upgraded the livelihood basket of the family. Apart from that organization has rich experience working on vocational trades and building the entrepreneurship skills of the rural youths.
