An initiative of the Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation, Shrushti serves as the Project Implementing Agency for this initiative. This program is dedicated to the development of technical and life skill competencies among rural youth, specifically targeting those on the verge of entering the workforce or currently engaged in low-paying and hazardous employment. The training methodology integrates simplified theoretical instruction with practical learning experiences and internship opportunities. While the programs core focus is on technical training, it places a significant emphasis on imparting life skills through a diverse range of innovative and interactive tools. Training is offered in various formats, including on-the-job and residential programs, with successful participants receiving certificates. The projects objective is to train more than 450 rural youth, both male and female, ultimately enhancing their earning potential, entrepreneurial prospects, and job security.
