Mrs. Seema Jain is a passionate social development practitioner with a visionary commitment to empowering women in tribal regions across the country. A distinguished educator, former headmaster, and Assistant Director for numerous education-related projects in Rajasthan, Mr. Shyam Sundar Bhatt provides the Shrushti team with invaluable leadership and experience. With a background in M.A. and M.Ed. degrees, he has undertaken research and documentation work for the Rajasthan government, specifically in the realm of girl education.
As the Chairman of Shrushti, Mr. Bhatt plays a pivotal role in making crucial decisions and inspires the organizations strategy for the effective implementation of education-related projects in remote and tribal areas of the state.
Mr. Madhav Sanchihar is a seasoned professional in the development sector, holding a Post Graduate degree in M.Com and boasting 25 years of experience. She is a dedicated social worker who has been contributing her skills to the development of the organization. Mrs. Seema strongly believes in empowering women and youth as the keys to changing the nation, which she has successfully demonstrated through her endeavors over the last six years.
Mr. Ravi Singh is a dynamic young leader with a PG Diploma in Business Management - Rural Marketing from FMS (Institute of Rural Management). With extensive industry experience working with both Non-Governmental Organizations and CSR, Mr. Ravi brings a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the spectrum to Shrushti. Currently leading a team of over 600 people at Shrushti, he ensures the organizations day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Mr. Sanchiher is a seasoned development professional with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Training and Development. He has collaborated with numerous NGOs, INGOs, and government agencies, contributing to the development of training modules and their deployment. His expertise spans various areas, including health, education, and agriculture-based livelihoods.

Mr. Sohan Jannawat has been an integral part of the organization for the past 17 years. He embarked on his journey at the young age of 22 as a field officer, and through hard work and leadership skills, he successfully implemented numerous projects that made a positive impact on the lives of thousands. Mr. Jannawat has led various awareness campaigns in areas such as education, health, sanitation, skill training, and livelihoods. He possesses rich experience in designing and leading advocacy-based projects.
Currently, Mr. Jannawat is leading campaigns focusing on Water and Sanitation, Safe Motherhood, environmental awareness, and Women Empowerment in Southern Rajasthan. His presence on the ground ensures that staff and volunteers carry out their duties with the utmost proficiency.

Mr. Shakti is Post Graduate in Arts with 3 years of experience of Office Management, Accounting and Data Operator. He is looking after office supply inventory, maintaining equipment. He is also managing filing system and organizes accommodation and reservations as required.
