Dr. Naresh holds an M.Sc. degree from MLSU and a B.Ed. degree from Jai Narayan University in Jodhpur. His educational journey culminated in a PhD in "Development of Indigineous Community". His nuanced understanding of the social sector, coupled with his unwavering dedication to the greater good, serves as an enduring source of motivation for all those involved with Shrushti.
Mrs. Seema Jain is a passionate social development practitioner with a visionary commitment to empowering women in tribal regions across the country. Her tenure as a social worker has been marked by innovative approaches to womens empowerment and contributing to the growth of the organization through her skills.
Mrs. Seema firmly believes in the transformative power of empowering women and youth to drive national change, a philosophy she has successfully translated into action over the past six years.
A distinguished educator, former headmaster, and Assistant Director for numerous education-related projects in Rajasthan, Mr. Shyam Sundar Bhatt provides the Shrushti team with invaluable leadership and experience. With a background in M.A. and M.Ed. degrees, he has undertaken research and documentation work for the Rajasthan government, specifically in the realm of girl education.
As the Chairman of Shrushti, Mr. Bhatt plays a pivotal role in making crucial decisions and inspires the organizations strategy for the effective implementation of education-related projects in remote and tribal areas of the state.
Mr. Madhav Sanchihar is a seasoned professional in the development sector, holding a Post Graduate degree in M.Com and boasting 25 years of experience. His key strengths lie in community mobilization and adept training in various domains, including health, education, and agriculture-based livelihoods. He is also known for his articulate speeches on a wide range of livelihood issues.
With double M.A. degrees in Sociology and Public Administration and 15 years of experience in the development sector, Mr. Sohan Jannawat has been an integral part of Shrushtis journey. His decade-long association with the organization has seen successful implementation of projects at the grassroots level, spanning areas like livelihoods, health, education, and vocational training.

Mr. Tejram Meena, a seasoned professional with a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and over 20 years of dedicated service in the Development sector, assumes the role of Joint Secretary with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His extensive background encompasses community mobilization, project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, as well as the comprehensive documentation of developmental initiatives. Renowned for his proficiency in organizing workshops, adept data management, and skillful facilitation of training programs, including the establishment of self-help groups, Mr. Meena is a vital contributor to the field. Mr. Rajneesh Vyas brings over 17 years of experience in training, placement, and project management within engineering colleges, educational societies, and vocational training centers. His expertise lies in building strong corporate relationships for campus recruitment, academia-industry collaborations, and internship programs. He excels in project proposal development and policy formulation for project compliance. With a focus on employment-linked skill training, Mr. Vyas has established robust industry connections and successfully placed trained youth. Mr. Hanuman Prasad Garg, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Jaipur Rugs Foundation, possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in empowering artisans and underserved communities. With a tenure of over a year, he leads the foundations efforts to empower 40,000 artisans across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, driving initiatives that enhance creative capacities, sustainable livelihoods, and holistic development, particularly among women. His impressive track record includes successful collaborations with organizations such as Royal Rajasthan Foundation, PNB Housing Finance, CRISIL Foundation, and HCL Foundation, as well as wellbeing projects in partnership with Goonj, Lenskart Foundation, Vision Spring, Dhara Sakti, and NIMS Hospital.
Prior to his role at Jaipur Rugs Foundation, Mr. Garg served as Assistant Vice President at Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions for nearly two years. During this time, he managed operations across 18 states, leveraging tech-based solutions to raise awareness of social entitlements among citizens. His remarkable impact extended to two million citizens, facilitating benefits exceeding 3,000 crores and implementing large-scale projects with renowned organizations like GIVE INDIA, IWWAGE, MSDF, USAID, JSW, TATA POWER, GODREJ Properties, NUDGE Foundation, and ACT Grants, as well as overseeing projects with state governments.
Mr. Gargs career journey also includes pivotal roles as a Senior Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Program Manager, where he contributed significantly to the domains of citizen entitlements, healthcare, and energy access. He is a postgraduate diploma holder in Business Management, specializing in Marketing and Finance, from FMS-IRM JAIPUR. Mr. Suresh Chandra Jat is a seasoned Rural Development Professional with over 8 years of expertise in spearheading the Monitoring and Implementation of Integrated Natural Resource Management and Livelihood Programs. His leadership has driven intricate, community-based initiatives in diverse cultural settings across Rajasthan. He specializes in Program Reviews, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research Studies, and Value Chain Analysis, using GIS and GPS-based mobile technologies (OsmAnd) in Natural Resource Planning. Mr. Hada, an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background, including degrees in B.Sc, M.A. (Economics), L.L.B., and D.C.L.L, has dedicated his honorary services to the Nodal Director of Child Line Kota and currently serves as the Assistant Director at the Medical and Health Department, Zonal Office Kota. As a member of Vidhik Chetna Samiti & BLSA, he actively contributes to legal awareness. His remarkable career has been marked by numerous honors and recognitions at local, national, and district levels, primarily for his contributions to Scout and Guide activities, his unwavering commitment to child protection, and his continued dedication to these causes in his later years.

She specializes in nutritional assessment, personalized diet planning, and health promotion, translating scientific knowledge into practical advice. Mr. Ravi Singh is a dynamic young leader with a PG Diploma in Business Management - Rural Marketing from FMS (Institute of Rural Management). With extensive industry experience working with both Non-Governmental Organizations and CSR, Mr. Ravi brings a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the spectrum to Shrushti. Currently leading a team of over 600 people at Shrushti, he ensures the organizations day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Dr. Ravi Prakash Jain is a public health and nutrition professional with over 20 years of experience in maternal & child health, community nutrition, and rural development. He has led impactful projects such as Khushi (Chittorgarh), RajPusht (Pratapgarh & Banswara), and the Sitamata Sanctuary Nutrition Project (Pratapgarh), benefiting thousands of women and children in tribal communities. With expertise in system strengthening, digital health monitoring, and capacity building of frontline workers, Dr. Jain has trained 1,000+ Anganwadi/ASHA workers and facilitated 3.5 lakh+ counselling sessions on pregnancy care, breastfeeding, and nutrition. His work continues to advance sustainable, community-led solutions for improved health and nutrition outcomes in Rajasthan.
Manish Vaishnav is an experienced social development professional with over a decade of expertise in program leadership, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). He has successfully designed and managed impactful initiatives across Rajasthan with organizations such as ChildFund India and Hindustan Zinc Limited’s CSR programs.
Currently serving as Program Lead at Shrushti Seva Samiti, Manish oversees the Supportive Supervision Program across seven districts, ensuring data-driven decision-making, effective implementation, and measurable outcomes. His strengths include capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, backed by strong skills in reporting, compliance, and impact assessment.

Mrs. Sonia Johari is a seasoned development expert with over 19 years of experience in the field. Armed with a masters degree in sociology, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of urban vulnerable communities. Her extensive work spans diverse areas such as nutrition, health, sanitation, social security schemes, and road safety projects. Currently serving as a district coordinator, she oversees the Jaipur Urban Eye Health Program, a project supported by Sightsavers. In addition to her on-ground responsibilities, she plays a pivotal role in driving organizational development, ensuring the successful execution of projects throughout Jaipur District.
Mr. Jhala, a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in HR and financial management within the development sector. Armed with a postgraduate degree in Social Work and an M. Mr. Bhupendra Singh is a dedicated professional with a postgraduate background in Sociology and Political Science. With over 14 years of expertise in child protection, his unwavering commitment shines through. He has ardently battled child marriage, child labor, child trafficking, and child sexual abuse, successfully intervening in over 200 child marriage cases and liberating more than 500 child laborers from exploitative conditions. Mr. Singhs remarkable contributions have significantly improved the lives of vulnerable children.
Rajni Mahawar is a highly qualified professional with a strong background in social work. Working within the Access to Justice Project of KSCF US, Rajni holds a B.Ed with Double M.A. and has more than 10 years of experience in the field. Her work as a counselor has involved children between the ages of 6-18 years and HIV-positive children. She has also been a guiding force for Female Sex workers, connecting them with government schemes and providing vital assistance. Additionally, Rajni has served as an instructor for Aanganwadi workers, showcasing her dedication to community welfare.
Leela Devi, a Counsellor in the Access to Justice Project of KSCF US in Barmer, holds a primary focus on livelihood generation through her substantial fieldwork experience in the Livelihood Mission. Her role as a Cluster Manager reflects her commitment to empowering individuals and communities. With a two-year work experience, Leela utilizes her educational background, consisting of a BA, B.Ed, and an MA in Sociology, to provide comprehensive guidance and support to the beneficiaries of our project. Rajendra Saini is an unwavering force in the Access to Justice Project of KSCF US, serving as a Raid and Rescue Facilitator based in Barmer. With a remarkable 13-year work history, he has been involved in numerous impactful initiatives, from reuniting conflict-ridden children with mainstream society to offering counseling for victims of sexual abuse. Rajendra actively collaborates with governmental departments to disseminate welfare schemes, and he participates in initiatives against child labor, child marriage, and child trafficking. His academic qualifications include a BA and MSW, which make him a strong advocate for justice and welfare in the community.
Vijay Kushwaha is an essential team member of the Access to Justice Project of KSCF US, serving as a Raid and Rescue Facilitator in Kota. With five years of experience gained at the Child Help Line 1098, Vijay specializes in providing crucial assistance to at-risk children. Currently pursuing an MA in Sociology, he is dedicated to further refining his skills in order to better serve the community and ensure that justice and protection are extended to those who need it most.
